Three steps to your first invoice.

  1. 1Add a property and its tenant. Rent, deposit, lease dates. Or upload the tenancy agreement and let it read them, or paste rows from your spreadsheet.
  2. 2Type your PayNow ID. That is what goes on the invoice, so tenants pay you directly. MarqueTrack never holds your money.
  3. 3Send the first invoice. From then on the month runs itself: drafted each month, you send, you mark paid, the calendar keeps the rest.

What landlords ask first.

Does MarqueTrack hold my rent?
Never. Tenants pay you directly, by PayNow or transfer to the details on your invoice. MarqueTrack records what you tell it was paid; it does not touch the money.
Do my tenants need an account?
No. Your tenant gets your invoice on WhatsApp with a link. The link shows the amount, a PayNow QR with the amount and reference filled in, and your bank details. They pay from their own bank app, tap “I’ve paid”, and you are told. No app, no account, no sign-in. Nothing is sent to anyone unless you send it.
What happens after the 30 free days?
The fee is 2% of the rent you invoice through the app each month, billed on the 1st for the month before. A unit with no invoice that month costs nothing. No card is needed to start; we bill you by PayNow or bank transfer, and we email you before the first bill so it is never a surprise.
How do I cancel?
Close the account from Settings, or email us from the owner's address, with no fee for leaving. You only ever pay for months already used, so there is nothing to refund. Export your records first; closing deletes them. The details are in the terms.
I already have tenants and leases. Do I type them all in?
Upload the signed tenancy agreements and MarqueTrack reads the rent, deposit and dates from them, or paste the rows from your spreadsheet. Past invoices can be marked as billed before MarqueTrack, so the ledger starts clean.
