Accessibility
MarqueTrack should work for everyone who manages property.
This page says what we do to make that true, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us when something is in your way.
What we do
Readable text. Every size on screen comes from one seven-step scale, and no form field is smaller than 16px — the size below which iPhones zoom in and never zoom back out.
Contrast you can read. Text that sits on a coloured fill — an overdue badge, a count on the bell — is checked automatically against the 4.5:1 ratio, in both the light and dark themes. The dark theme follows your phone or laptop setting.
Real controls. Buttons are buttons and links are links, so a keyboard, a switch or a screen reader finds them where it expects to. Dialogs, including the Face ID lock screen, announce what they are.
Zoom is yours on the web. The web app never blocks browser zoom. The native iPhone and Android apps lock the page scale to stop a known iOS zoom trap; the text-size setting on your phone still applies.
Known limits
MarqueTrack has not had a formal WCAG 2.2 audit. We aim at level AA and check the parts above automatically, but some older screens will still fall short — a control with no label, a colour used alone to mean "paid", a focus order that skips.
Invoice and statement PDFs are laid out for print. They carry real text, not images of text, but they are not yet tagged for screen readers.
We would rather you told us than found out for yourself. Every report below is read and answered.
Report a problem
Email max.marquetrack@gmail.com and say which screen, what you were trying to do, and what you use to get around — a screen reader, a keyboard, larger text. Most replies come within one business day.
How we treat the personal data in your message is set out in the privacy policy.
